In this tailored FOCUS Time, we work specifically with one or both parents and their ‘mature’ children on these and other related issues. Such a moderated and supported discussion and reflection process often forms the basis for a trusting, equal relationship between ‘children’ and parents (from child to equal counterpart).
Differences in opinions and future visions, as well as latent conflicts, are addressed. Solutions are developed, and agreements are negotiated and finalized together. This can lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful career path and a constructive family life.
