Do you want not only to work individually with a coach but also to be inspired by other high-caliber female participants and collaboratively develop new approaches and perspectives? Female leaders in prominent top positions often grapple with similar questions, as well as concerns and reservations. Discussing and addressing these issues in a confidential setting, guided by several senior executive coaches, is highly productive and often fosters trust-based relationships that can evolve into friendships.
