About Maren Paas
SFor over 30 years, I have primarily dedicated myself to filling top positions in cross-functional roles, especially in the HR field, at Egon Zehnder. My extensive experience with top executives, evaluating international leaders, and my broad network in various fields ensure my clients receive absolutely confident and professional work. Additionally, since 2002, I have been supporting individual executives and top teams in companies with personal development and team development.
As the initiator and coordinator of various networks, I actively engage with the topics of ‘Women in Leadership Positions’ and ‘Management of Diverse Teams’.
In addition to my consulting and coaching activities, I am also an entrepreneur, which gives me firsthand experience with business decision-making and responsibility.
Early in my career, I consciously chose a diverse ‘work-life flow’.
Qualifications and Experience Background
Maren Paas completed her studies at the Hamburg Business Academy with a BA before earning her MBA at the British Ashridge Business School. In 2002, she completed training as a Business and Top Executive Coach.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Maren Paas was a project manager and executive assistant at the Düsseldorf-based PA Consulting Group. Previously, she worked in Sales and Controlling at Hapag Lloyd in Hamburg.
